The fader controls how loud each channel is in the mix.
To use a fader:
Find the channel you want to control.
Move the fader upward to increase volume.
Move the fader downward to decrease volume.
Balance all instruments and vocals together.
Remember:
Gain controls the signal entering the mixer.
Faders control the final mix volume.
